WHM provides you the feature to suspend and unsuspend hosting accounts. Suspension of accounts could be due to billing or the cPanel account has reached it’s resource usage limit. In this article we will go through the steps of Suspending as well as Unsuspending of Accounts in WHM Panel :

How To Suspend Accounts In WHM Panel

STEPS :-

1. Login to WHM panel.

2. Now expand the “ACCOUNT INFORMATION” and click on “LIST ACCOUNT”.

3. In the User Accounts list, expand the user account and find the “SUSPEND ACCOUNT” option.

You can suspend the account by “SUSPEND ACCOUNT” option and you can also mention the reason for suspending the account.

How To Unsuspend Account In WHM Panel

You can find the “UNSUSPEND” option when you expand the suspended account.

From here you can unsuspend the account.
