Service Availability

Infinitive Host Technologies Pvt Ltd makes no guarantee that you will be able to keep your assigned IP numbers on a consistent basis. Infinitive Host Technologies Pvt Ltd guarantees 99.9% service uptime (“Service Uptime”) of available time for the Services. If Infinitive Host Technologies Pvt Ltd fails to maintain this level of service availability for the month, you may contact Infinitive Host TechnologiesPvt Ltd for further follow-up. The credit can only be used to purchase additional services and products from Infinitive Host TechnologiesPvt Ltd (excluding applicable taxes); this service is not available to our dedicated server clients. However, the credit does not apply to service interruptions caused by:
Errors caused by You from custom coding or scripting; or causes further than Infinitive Host Technologies Pvt Ltd control or that are not reasonably foreseeable by Infinitive Host Technologies Pvt Ltd; or periodic scheduled repairs or maintenance Infinitive Host Technologies Pvt Ltd may undertake from time to time; and outages that do not affect the appearance of the website but simply affect access to the website like FTP and email; or any such outages inclusive of reliability related to certain programming environments.
